Transit Time
Our standard delivery time within the United States is estimated between 5 to 8 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. This timeline applies after the order has been dispatched and may vary slightly depending on the delivery location or seasonal demand.
Handling Time
Handling refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is handed over to the carrier. Typically, this takes 1 to 2 business days. We carefully pack each item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6 PM (Monday through Saturday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day. This allows for efficient handling and timely dispatch.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping. We usually take 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, and shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. Therefore, your package is expected to arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the time of placing your order.

Product Condition & Damage Responsibility

However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly. If needed, we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please email support@timexity.store as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, it will be canceled and refunded.
