Return Eligibility

To ensure fairness and maintain hygiene standards, only items that meet the following criteria are eligible for return:

General Conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, branded dust bags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, perfume, dirt, or damage.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (email invoice or order confirmation number).

Note: For hygiene and authenticity purposes, all returns are subject to a thorough quality inspection by our team before a refund is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all customers and maintain high standards, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Any product returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence

How to Request a Return

We’ve made the return process simple and transparent:

  1. Contact us at support@timexity.store with the subject:
     Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]
  2. In your email, include:
  • Your order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item(s) if defective
  1. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with:
  • The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code
  • Packing instructions

Important: We will not accept any return package without an RMA code.

Return Method & Label Information

All approved returns must be mailed back using a courier or postal service. You will find a pre-generated return label included inside your original package. Please follow the return instructions provided by our team and securely attach the return label to the parcel.

If your package does not contain a return label, please notify us immediately at support@timexity.store, and we will email a downloadable version to you.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • If you’re using the included return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to an error on our part.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging the item.
  • Timexity is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Quality Inspection

Once your returned item is received, our team will:

  • Verify that the product is in original condition
  • Cross-check packaging, tags, and wear condition
  • Approve or decline the refund based on eligibility

Inspection may take up to 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.)
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the transaction
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card statement
  2. Contact your payment provider to confirm if the refund is pending
  3. If 10 business days have passed and the refund still hasn’t appeared, contact us at support@timexity.com

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@timexity.com with:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If eligible, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement at no additional cost

We may request return of the defective item before processing your refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, size, or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
